FR: Conception d’une matière à deux couches superposées. L’objectif est de développer un nouveau moyen de concevoir de la matière textile mêlant esthétique et propriété mécanique en utilisant les différentes possibilités offertes par l’impression 3D. Il ne s’agit pas de pré-découpé une forme ou un volume dans un “slicer” mais directement programmé la trajectoire de sa machine et lui associé des variables dans le travail de la matière. L’aspect des échantillons est directement lié à la variation des différents paramètres d’impression 3D (Vitesse, quantité d’extrusion, etc …). Ces expérimentations laissent entrevoir un terrain riche en exploration avec plusieurs alternatives dans le choix et l’hybridation des matériaux, ainsi qu’une réelle valorisation des capacités de l’impression 3D.

EN: Design of a material with two superimposed layers. The objective is to develop a new way of designing textile material combining aesthetics and mechanical properties by using the different possibilities offered by 3D printing. It is not a question of pre-cutting a shape or a volume in a "slicer" but directly programming the trajectory of the machine and associating variables in the work of the material. The appearance of the samples is directly linked to the variation of the different 3D printing parameters (speed, quantity of extrusion, etc.). These experiments suggest a rich field of exploration with several alternatives in the choice and hybridization of materials, as well as a real valorization of the capacities of 3D printing.
