Two-layer TPU textile scaled to 200x200mm, patterned through print-speed variation alone, a scale-up that tested the limits of calibration.

A direct continuation of Sample #1, at a larger scale. Two layers of TPU are stacked, and the pattern comes only from variations in print speed. The resulting fabric is soft, and its behavior changes with the chosen pattern. Going from 50x50mm to 200x200mm made the trade-off concrete: the bigger the surface, the less calibration error the print tolerates, and defects show up more often.

The sheet draped into a peak, fine vertical stripes running down each slope.

Close on the drape, diagonal ripples of dark and pale crossing the open weave.

A folded corner, its stripes bending with the fold and catching a silver sheen.

Sheet curled into a scroll, its pattern breaking up into short dark dashes.

A lifted edge with dark spots scattered along it, its shadow repeating them below.

The fabric laid at an angle, broad dark blotches drifting across a pale ground.

Repeating diamonds down the whole sheet, one corner curling away from the surface.
